Gite Letting/Hiring Pricing

Information on pricing is below, there is also a booking form below. Please note that booking is subject to confirmation.

Prices

Pricing is season dependent, these are (please note: For prices in Sterling, please contact us):

High season:

24th July 2010 – 3rd September 2010.

Mid season:

3rd April 2010 – 23rd July 2010 and 4th September 2010 – 8th October 2010

Low season:

5th October 2009 – 2nd April 2010.

Notes:

• minimum length for a booking during high season is two weeks;
• bed linen is provided and included in the price;
• price for renting the whole property during high season is €3,200 per week and €1,875 per week during mid season;
• cots and high chairs are available and included in the price;
• we require a 25% deposit, non refundable, to reserve the property/properties
• Long winter lets are available, please contact us for prices

Booking

Bookings in high season are Saturday to Saturday, although out of season we are able to be more flexible. Arrival after 4pm. Departure before 10am.

There is a non-returnable deposit of 25% payable on booking. The balance is due not less than six weeks prior to arrival. €225 per property, or €675 for the whole property, will be payable as deposit against damage/breakages. This will be fully or partly repaid on departure.
